Segment Manager-Food, Beverage & Wine/业务发展经理-食品,饮料及酒类产品
Location: Changshu
Purpose of the job:
1. 1.Develop product offerings to support sales targets in responsible segment areas.
2. 2.Manage and improve the profitability in responsible segment areas through the product management and target pricing setting.
3. 3.Improve the UPM Raflatac’s branding in responsible segment industrials.
Key Tasks:
1.Measured targets: Segments Business Plan Fulfillment, Contribution 1A development
2.Is responsible for management of segment business
3.Is responsible for product development & launching
4.Is responsible for product range & service offer development & management
5.Is responsible for product withdrawing and product lifecycle management
6.Is responsible for product costing & profitability analysis
7.Is responsible for target price setting
8.Is responsible for product marketing & input for marketing communication
9.Is responsible for internal & external product promotion
10.Customer/brand owner support
11.Frequent travelling needed including to Changshu factory.
12.Works according to company regulations and according to the ISO procedures.
Prerequisites:
1. 1.University degree
2. 2.Work experience min 5 years in business development or project management
3. 3.Languages – English level 4
