Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
? Support the brand communications team and line manager by coordinating all communications related administrative activities.
? Manage and Track on all MWB related analysis and reports on a regular basis, working as a key contact for finance from BA team.
? Support and execute EIM Manager on contact s and seeding with KOLs, artists and celebs.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting
? Consolidate and support marketing campaign executional information from different categories communications teams and develops monthly marketing campaign report.
? Consolidate competitor information from different agencies and develops monthly competitor review report.
? Shares Hong Kong’s and Taiwan’s brand communications team with China’s current and future brand communications campaigns’ information on a monthly basis.
? Assist EIM Manager on KOL/seeding monthly, regularly reports to internal & Global EIM team.
Planning
? Coordinate and plan agendas of Brand Communications team meetings, x-functional meetings, x-regions meetings.
? Manages travel and annual leave calendars and schedules of line manager and Brand Communications team members so as to ensure no disruption in work process and campaign delivery.
Financial
? Tracks the Brand Communications marketing working budget as set according to the Marketing Plan
? Prepares the Brand Communications marketing working budget summary sheet monthly (according to submitted monthly MWB forecast to finance).
? Tracks the Brand Communications operating expenditure according to T&E plan and OT permissible limits.
? Submits the monthly operating expenditure forecast to finance on a monthly basis.
Systems and Processes
? Maintains Commitment Request and Budget Tracking process within the team by coordinating between Media Senior Manager and Brand Communications Senior Managers.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in administration and coordination work role with an international brand
? Previous experience in marketing coordination in the retail goods, advertising, PR, and/or Creative Services industry in China
? An interest and desire to participate in and learn about sports and lifestyle/fasihon i.e. a sports enthusiast
? University Degree or above. Preferably in a marketing or communications related discipline.
? Working knowledge of Microsoft products
? Excellent Mandarin written and spoken fluency
? Good written English
? Passion for sports
