Role and responsibility

- Deliver branch transformation in one bank branch following KPMG package and methods
- Engagement branch staff and building good working relationship and satisfaction
- Provide training, facilitation and coaching to enable branch staff
- Develop KPMG package and methods based on field

Requirement

- 3 years work experience as Customer Manager / Relationship Manager in either banking / financial service or transformation / change management
- Good teamwork
- Good communication, training, facilitation and coaching
