Job Summary:

● Planning engineer
for productionization and ramp-up of 48V battery at RBCW

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

● Build-up of
manufacturing equipment and processes for 48V manufacturing at RBCW

● Acceptance of the
assembly line at the supplier's site and later at RBCW

● Supporting the
process engineers in finalizing the process design for SOP

● Edition and
release of manufacturing instructions and working plans

● Prepare release
and SOP of products for local and international customers

● Collaboration
with lead plant and international production network

● Coordination and
alignment with project management, technical experts, lead plant, and external
suppliers

● Participation in
simultanuous engineering teams

● Minimum 6 months
technical training at Eisenach, Germany

Job Requirements

● Graduate engineer
in mechanical or industrial engineering

● Min. 2 years at
Bosch production department

● Basic knowledge
in MAE ordering

● Problem solving
techniques (8D, Ishikawa, Shainin)

● Result oriented,
systematic

● Self-dependent,
team player

Preferred

● 3 years at MOE
department with focus on series production support, including experience in new
releases, IPN exchange, RPP proje

● Experience in MAE
release and ramp-up

● Shainin
journeyman

● Successful in RPP
work
