岗位目的/目标Positione targets:
为了保证公司产品拥有稳定的客户市场,并不断开发新的客户市场,在部门经理的指导下,建立、维护、扩大销售终端,完成分销目标、开发新客户。
Establish, maintain, enlarge the POS terminal, complete the distribution targets and exploit new customers under the department manager’s direction in order to guarantee the stable customer market of the products, and develop new customer market constantly.
职责范围 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*为所辖区域内销售市场提供专业性支持工作,完成客户的应收款。
Provide the professional support to the sales market in the region within jurisdiction, complete the customer’s account receivable.
*了解所辖区域内所有OEM客户的信息,把握客户的项目研发方向和研发进度,维持足够的项目敏感度,在公司综合方针的前提下,能够积极参与或者争取参与OEM项目;对所辖区域客户和销售规模能够有合理的判断,保证所辖领域的销售额有可持续性增长。
Acquaintance with all the OEM customers’ information in the region within jurisdiction. Master the direction and progress of customer project development. Maintain enough project sensitivity. Under the premise of company comprehensive policy, take an active part in or fighting for taking part in OEM projects; Make appropriate judgment on the customer and sale scale, guarantee the sustainable growth of the saleroom in the region within jurisdiction.
*熟悉公司TS16949流程和APQP相关知识,能够把握项目的时间节点、协调好项目进度,保证项目的顺利进行。 Acquaintance with the TS16949 Process and relevant knowledge of APQP. Be capable of mastering the project time nodes. Well coordinates the project progress, make sure that the project will run smoothly.
*与客户建立良好关系,确保与客户沟通,按客户要求准时交货,根据客户的重要度按期对客户进行拜访和交流,客户的要求能够及时及早对应和传递给内部关联部门。
Establish good relationship with customers, make sure of the communication with customers, delivery on time according to customers’ request. Visit and communicate with the customer on schedule according to the importance degree of the customer. The requirements of customer should be sent to internal corresponding departments in time.
*对客户库存进行核查,给销售预测和计划提供准确数据。
Check the customer inventory, provide the accurate data for the sales forecasting and plan.
*协助质量部处理质量事故、客户投诉,提高客户满意度。
Assist the quality department to deal with the quality accident 、customer complaint , improve the customer satisfaction.
*根据所辖区域客户的发展趋势和专业调研,制定全年和中长期的销售计划,并以6个月为周期予以及时更新。
Make the annual and mid-and-long marketing plan according to the development tendency and specialty investigation of customers in the region with jurisdiction. And update them every six months timely.
*在发生质量或者供货方面的突发性问题时能第一时间处理并了解具体信息,与公司相关部门沟通解决问题;跟踪内部相关服务部门工作,确保各项工作满足客户交期。
Know about the specific information and handle it the first time when sudden problems happened in quality or supply, and solve the problems by communicating with the related departments ; Follow up with internal relevant service departments to ensure that all the work meet the customer’s delivery time .
*完成上级领导交办的其它事项。
Complete the other business assigned by the superior.
岗位要求REQUIREMENTS:
*具有市场营销、工商管理等相关专业本科及以上学历
Major in marketing 、business administration or relevant majors etc . Hold the bachelor’s degree or above.
*具有三年以上市场营销、市场销售的工作经历;
More than 3 years work experiences in overseas marketing and selling.
具有三年以上在机械制造、机械加工行业的工作经历。
More than 3 years work experiences in machine manufacturing and machining.
*熟悉轴承生产过程、工艺以及轴承性能,用户产品的相关知识。
Be familiar with bearing production process, technology and bearing performance, the relevant knowledge of the users’ products.
熟悉轴承类知识,熟悉本公司轴承产品特点,清楚的部位与作用,掌握公司的生产能力及产品质量水平。
Be familiar with the knowledge of bearing, product features of the bearing. Know about the parts and their functions, and master the company’s production capacity and product quality level.
熟悉市场调研方法,不断提高公司产品的市场占有率和覆盖率。
*能熟练运用办公自动化设备、办公软件、网络软件;
Operate the office automation equipment 、office software 、network software skillfully .
