1、负责展会与目标客户进行学术交流及学术讲座；
2、负责对客户进行售前和售后技术支持，解答技术问题、协助提供各类技术资料；
3、负责文献检索、市场信息收集，产品促销策划与实施；
4、负责客户对该产品线的投诉处理；
5、负责公司产品及服务项目技术文件的准备及技术培训；
6、负责产品分析与销售/促销策略与实施；
7、负责对相关销售人员及客户提供技术培训、技术帮助与建议；
8、协助新产品引进与推广，协助销售团队完成年度销售计划。
岗位要求：
1、食品，生物医学，化学，医药制剂等相关专业，有生物化学，营养学背景优先，需本科以上学位；
2、了解进出口贸易流程的优先；
3、有较强的数据统计和分析能力；
4、严谨的学术精神及强烈的学习意愿；
5、较好的文字功底，很强的沟通交流能力；
6、具有熟练的英语听说读写能力，CET-6级以上；
7、 熟悉MS Office系列软件，精通Word、Excel、PowerPoint软件的使用
