职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Execute, manage and deliver R&D projects efficiently on time and on budget;
2. Represent AL in technical area of responsibility and drive research collaborations with external partners (universities, institutes, and customers);
3. Communicate with global R&D analytical team and share responsibility with other project leaders and program managers in the execution of R&D programs;
4. Watch for the analytical technologies and equipment development in China;
5. Leverage the local ecosystem (SME’s, startups, universities), make external presentations at conferences and with customers;

Requirements:
1. Master graduate major in analytical chemistry, Ph.D preferred;
2. At least 5 years of research and working experience in gas analysis;
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English;
4. Understanding of safety requirements related to gas analysis;
5. Have comprehensive knowledge in chemical analytical science with specific in-depth background in instrument analysis;
6. Have demonstrated ability to develop and establish new analytical methods independently;
7. Good R&D program planning and management;
8. Show ability to motivate members in project team to meet milestone targets and deliver results;
9. Creative and innovative, contributing novel R&D approaches and related deployable technologies mainly related to development and implementation of new analytical methods;
10. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to manage numerous stakeholders and work effectively across organization boundaries with external partners (universities, customers);
11. Competent to build a network and an expert with extensive network is a plus; 举报 分享
