职位描述
Job Description:
1.Set up & drive implementation of Quality Methods in China/Asia in line with corporate quality strategy. Quality Methods include but not limited in Six Sigma, Jidoka, Problem Solving, Lessons Learnt, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), 5S, Poka Yoke, etc.
2.Coach and train local coordinators / internal trainer of Quality Methods with programs (tool). Coordinate updating internally trained Green Belts to Black Belts.
3.Maintain regional network and Set up regular communication in review effectiveness and efficiency of local quality improvement programs.
4.Be expert in quality improvement project & critical customer issue handling.
5.Organize regional workshops ensuring consistent deployment of Quality Strategy and sharing best practice.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar knowledge.
2.Knowledge of Quality Methods: Six Sigma, Jidoka, Problem Solving, Lessons Learnt, 5S, Poka Yoke, etc.
3.Certified six sigma Black Belt preferred, at least experienced Green belt with outstanding performance in leading of Six Sigma projects.
4.At least 3 years experience in related working area.
5.Fluent Chinese and good English language skills.
6.Good presentation and communication skills.
