职位描述：
Fully Responsible for One or More Factories
Assumes all the responsibilities of managing the end-to-end CTC QA-QC Process in the allocated Factory or Factories

Material Quality Control
1.Ensure with the factory that ALL the materials to be approved before taking them in to production
2.Must perform PO based material inspections
3.Ensure required Physical lab tests are performed on each material as per the SOP
4.Receive and verify the results of Physical Material test lab report for each material; Materials with "Passed" results need to be taken for manual tests and those with "Failed" results need to be rejected & notified to both customer and supplier
5. Safely store the Physical & Chemical Material Test reports
6.Must perform material inspections as per the sampling plan mentioned in SOP
7.Must perform material inspections on the specific number of cuttings or units as per the standard SOP
8.Safely store samples of all materials that were inspected and approved / rejected in the day in a big zip-lock bag
(inspection date and PO number written on it with a permanent marker and stored in a master carton with the Customer-Brand Name-Season written on it)

In-Process Quality Assurance
1.Must have
   - the knowledge of how each machine works in the entire garment making process and what are their correct settings for different styles- constructions
   - the knowledge to understand in detail the production process of the specific construction being produced at his/her factory
  - the knowledge of sequence of operations of the style to be produced
   - the knowledge to identify errors/mistakes/defects that happens in the production process
   - the knowledge of the customer's requirements on esthetic look and fit
2.Ability to understand the factory's production environment, its strengths and weaknesses and get the best performance with the resources that exist
3.Perform random inspection in cutting, pre-assembly, stitching, final assembly, finishing and packing
4.Only SCSes of the given style must be used to check the in-process production
5.Verify "Fit" from production on a daily basis using the Factory's fit model or as per the instruction mentioned in SOP
6.Must be able to take independent decisions if a certain process meets ONLY the "customer's minimum standards" while at the same time understanding when it is necessary to ask for the opinion of the Inspection supervisor/Inspection Manager
7.Once the In-Process QA is completed for the day, then
? manually fill in the related parts of the In-Process QA Log Book Page with the respective style & PO covering the quality problems, suggested solutions, implementation status & results; later transfer these informations to the In-process excel computerized report
? send the computerized report to the respective Inspection supervisor copying Inspection Manager for his/her review
? receive the approved version (with corrections from the Inspection manager and send it to the Factory, Trading Company & CTC coordination Team (copy the Customer if it is required
8.Questionable In-Process Production Lots
If the Inspector/Technician finds any problem during the in-process in the lot being produced, which he/she feels might be within the acceptable range but he/she does not feel comfortable taking the decision (remember: do not assume - get approval from the Customer!), then the Inspector/Technician should immediately prepare the Quality Deviation in Production Report and discuss with the concerned Inspection supervisor/Inspection manager If required, the Inspection supervisor should get the advice of the Inspection manager before sending the said Production Deviation Report to the coordinator who in turn will forward it to the respective Customer for further instructions on how to proceed
9.Use the customer's original purchase order for verification of style, color, sizes and quantities
10.Ensure required Physical lab tests are performed on the finished final product (style in each color) as per the SOP
11.Must have the knowledge
   - of respective construction
   - of how to perform all required critical & important manual tests (including the use of all manual test tools) on each style
   - of Critical / Major / Minor defects of each style
12.Must be able to take independent decisions if a production lot meets ONLY the "customer's minimum standards" while at the same time while at the same time must ask the opinion of Inspection supervisor whenever it is necessary

Final Shipment Quality Control
1.Ensure with factory and or factories that ALL the completed production lots of the finished products must be inspected and approved by CTC before shipment
2.Only SCSes of the given style must be used for inspecting and approving the final shipment production lots
3.Must perform PO based final shipment inspections
4.Use the customer's original purchase order for verification of style, color, sizes and quantities
5.Ensure required Physical lab tests are performed on the finished final product
6.Receive and verify the results of Physical test lab report for each style; Styles with "Passed" results need to be taken for manual tests and those with "Failed" results need to be rejected & notified to both customer and supplier
7.Ensure required Chemical lab tests are performed on finished final product
8.Receive and verify the results of Chemical test lab report for each style; Styles with "Passed" results need to be taken for manual tests and those with "Failed" results need to be rejected & notified to both customer and supplier
9.Safely store the Physical & Chemical Material Test reports
10.Must be able to take independent decisions if a production lot meets ONLY the "customer's minimum standards" while at the same time while at the same time must ask the opinion of Inspection supervisor whenever it is necessary
