职位描述：
岗位职责 ：
1、负责公司售前产品技术支持，解答客户技术问题；
2、编写技术文档并根据客户需求输出相关技术资料；
3、负责产线技术支持，解决生产过程中出现的产品相关技术问题；
4、售后问题现场技术支持，并输出相关售后客户需求技术应答文件；
5、完成领导安排的其他临时工作
  
任职要求：
1、自动化、计算机、通讯工程、电子工程等专业本科及以上学历；
2、熟悉微机原理知识，熟悉RS232，485，can等通讯协议，具备电子电路基础知识；
3、执行力强，沟通能力强，学习能力强。
