职位描述：

? Lead technical procurement activity in Nanjing Site in accordance with Wacker Global Procurement guideline and GC technical procurement regulation.

? Coach the procurement team and work on the talent development

? Communicate with demand departments and try best to ensure the supply;

? Manage and set NJG TP group targets and strategies.

? Routine sourcing for MRO (E&I, operation function, admin and service) of NJ plant on time and at reasonable cost;

? Monitor contract management and documents archiving;

? Lead vendor evaluation and vendor database maintenance;

? Work as interface of site procurement for coordination of the project procurement team and the site procurement team.

? Provide transparent and required reporting and KPI monitoring

? Work together with EHSS function to enforce compliance of EHSS regulations of all the vendors





REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)





? At least 4 year Chinese college graduate, majoring in Engineering or Business.

? English Grade 4, good at speak and write English.

? Experience with SAP R/3 Preferred

? At least have 3 year management experience in engineering/industrial/commercial procurement related operations, foreign venture experience preferred.

? Good understanding on plant MRO process, project procurement knowledge is preferred.

? Good communication

? Initiative, integrity, and team work spirit.
