职位描述：
About the company:
The company is selling lubricants in more than 110 countries worldwide, one of the global top 500 companies, owned its own blending plant in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province.
 
Key Responsibilities:
？ Lead the team to achieve the blending target;
？ Be In charge of In-batch system, solve the system and equipment problem with maintenance and supplier;
？ Ensure all employees are treated fairly and provide necessary training to subordinates, improve blending operators skill, review and improve staff skill matrix, complete blending staff EIA;
？ Work with peers in planning, Procurement, Quality, HSE, Maintenance to optimize the performance;
？ Optimize the resources such as the manpower and the equipment, improve the production efficiency; continual cost saving control; Complete monthly blending production report;
？ To do failure root cause analysis and take corrective action about Quality & HSE Incident;
？ Be responsible for the receiving of the oil vessel, ISO-tank and the tank lorry, investigate cargo receiving gain/loss timely ;
？ Organize the stocking taking and control the variance of base oil, additive etc. within the allowed limit;
？ Ensure concerned quality and safety control can be effective enforced, Actively involved in HSEQ system internal audits as needed, Deliver objectives/actions as required;
？ Regularly review and update Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions make sure procedures and work instructions are adequate and correct regarding HSE and Lubricant quality system;
？ Daily management of the HSE in the domain, report deviation, observe subordinates deviation report and change, Encourage HSEQ action and culture.
 
Key Requirements:
？ College degree or above in chemical engineering or related;
？ 3 years’ experience or above on production management;
？ Well known of ISO 9000/TS16949 and ISO 14000/OHSAS18000;
？ Good written English and computer operation skill;
？ Preferable communicate ability and team consciousness.
