KID CASTLE is seeking dedicated, passionate, qualified individuals to teach English at one learning centers in Hangzhou:?
Requirements:
1. Applicants with a bachelor or higher degree in education is required.
2. Applicants should be NATIVE English speakers from UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand,etc.
3.Teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL) is required. Applicants with related English teaching experience have priority.
4. Devotion to teaching: patient, responsible and enthusiastic. And a good professional image is preferred.
5. Age: between 25- 45 years old.
6. Full-time or Part-time job, minimum 1-year commitment for full-time positions or 6 months for part-time.
Job details:
1. We are looking for english teachers to teach kids from 3 to 12 years old; to let kids adapt to the pure English language environment by immersion in English; with English songs, games and activities, to help kids build confidence in English and arouse kids’ interest in English, thus laying a solid foundation for kids’ further English learning.
2. Class Size: <=12 kids
3. Teaching Period: 90 mins，Teachers should observe local and school regulations for foreign experts, and have mutual respect and team-work spirit with Chinese colleagues.
4. Teaching Load of F/T teachers: 5 days a week from Wednesday to Sunday ( two days off on Monday and Tuesday)
5. Teachers should arrange their teaching content in accordance with the existing teaching curriculum, and meanwhile guarantee the quality of teaching.
6. Teachers should organize and participant in lectures and activities held by the school.
Compensation:
- Salaries depending on qualifications and experience, paid overtime, and opportunities for pay raises at semi-annual performance evaluations
- Health and accident insurance, housing subsidies or dormitory, round-trip airfare reimbursement (< 8000 RMB)
- Paid Chinese holidays along with 5 to 10 days paid annual leave
- P/T teachers make RMB 300+/- per 90 minutes, depending on qualification
