工作职责
Main Responsibilities
     
？ Supervise allocation work at the service provider.
？ Set and monitor allocation goals with DC Manager and Import team
？ Communicate planning figures to Service Provider
？ Coordinate with replenish team regarding volume planning
？ Review allocation reports and bookkeeping’s before submission
？ Review and approve vendor invoices
？ Work closely together with Sales Merchandiser
？ Data input into H&M’s internal IT-systems

任职资格
？ Good planning and analytical skills
？ Figure minded and service oriented
？ Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office)
？ Retail shop knowledge is a plus
？ Ability to prioritize tasks
？ Good communication skills
？ Team work capability

？ Fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment.

？ Flexible and the understanding of the irregular working hours is required
