职位描述
Purpose of the position
Responsible for efficient logistic execution and coordination of the Distribution Center (DC) outbound distribution/order fulfillment process; from forecast, planning, pick & pack order to loading, status & inventory update, dispatch, follow-up activities and recording of billable services.
Position involves daily contact with customer, vendors, various authorities (customs) and instances.
Panalpina subcontractors, Panalpina colleagues/partners, external 3PL’s, etc. for successful execution and completion to ensure operational excellence according to targets (KPI’s).
Note: Position is located in Yangshan Free Trade Port Area (YS FTPA)
Key Tasks
Outbound distribution coordination and instructions – customer, 3PL’s, DC operations, etc.
1.Process and pre-qualify all outbound shipping documents needed for CIQ and YS FTPA Exit process, and reject all shipping documents that are not 100% accurate according to YS FTPA Customs Exit and Export rules
2.Monitor and receive outbound Distribution Orders (DO) in customer SAP ERP system and/or pre-notification from 3PL’s based on estimated/confirmed DC pickup- and vessel/carrier departure date – Distribution Order Management
3.Verify and confirm with all 3PL’s actual goods pickup date, volume, quantity, weight and estimated arrival date – 3PL Coordination
4.Creation and maintenance of handling instructions/SOP’s to Customer, 3PL’s and DC operational staff to ensure correct timing, handling, markings, packaging etc. according to customer/end-customer customized needs and requirements
5. Create loading plan for ocean shipment both from cost and operation efficiency perspective.
System update – status, inventory and deviation
1.Ensure timely and accurate status and inventory update of Ericsson SAP ERP system according to agreed KPI’s
2.Ensure timely and accurate root cause, and corrective action updates of irregularities/deviations occurrence in designated system
3.Ensure timely and accurate information update to relevant parties in regards to delay’s, corrective actions and eventual re-planning
4.Ensure collection and recording of billable services
5.Ensure preparation of required reports and statistical data according to internal/external requirements and agreements
Continuous improvement process
1.Pro-actively contribute to overall process and compliance improvements
2.Execution of improvement programs
Decision Making Authority
Enforce operational corrective measures to ensure operational excellence, undisrupted operations/business and sustainable growth in agreement with line manager and the account management team
Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
1.Logistics order management/customer service related to international transport management and freight booking
2.Plus if experience from Telecom network equipment
3.Plus if familiar with basic warehouse operations
4.Plus if familiar with BLP/FTZ/FTP customs processes
5.Plus if living nearby YSFTP and work in flexible time.

Educational background / Work experience
1.Bachelor degree or higher in logistics, freight forwarding or equivalent
2.Minimum 2 years working experience from customer services related to international trading (import/export),customs brokerage, warehousing & distribution, 3PL management and/or freight forwarding
3.Higher focus on attitude, personality, English language skills and skills & competences listed above
Language skills
1.Excellent Chinese Mandarin(verbal, read & write)
2.Excellent English (read & Write)
3.Good English (verbal)
Computer Literacy
1.Familiar with MS Office and computer literacy (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
2.SAP experience is essential but not a must
