JOB DESCRIPTION: Accounting Supervisor/Manager

Company: Adisseo Life Science (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (“ALS”)
Location: Nanjing
Reports to: ALS-NJ Finance Manager

Position Description: The job holder is responsible for the book-keeping, monthly closing and reporting, taxation and treasury control for the Nanjing subsidiary of ALS. The main duties of the job holder include, but are not limited to:
  
? Daily book-keeping
? Payment process
? Monthly/annual closing and reporting
? Intercompany reconciliation
? Tax filing (including VAT refund, income tax)
? Treasury management and maintain good relationship with banks
? Responsible for external audit

Dimensions:

? Direct Reporting Staff: None
? Travel: sometimes trip within China
? Functional Relationships: Nanjing subsidiary GM, supply chain teams; ALS & Global Headquarters finance teams.
? External Relationships: banks, customers/suppliers, related government bureaus or professional associations
 
Qualifications:

? BS in Accounting or Finance
? Around 5-year experience in accounting and reporting experience with foreign invested companies is required, big four accounting firms or feed industry a plus.
? Qualification for accounting position is required, any other relevant certificate as a plus.
? Be familiar with PRC accounting & taxation rules and IFRS GAAP
? Good English skills in both oral and written.
? Be familiar with ERP software, SAP experience is highly desirable. Proficient in MS office
? Integrated, diligent and self-motivated, should be a fast learner in a growing organization
? Good communicational skills and team work spirit
