JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
1. To support HR manager in C&B management, i.e. employees' compensation and benefits planning, performance management, developing employees' recognition and retention programs etc.
2. To assistant HR manager to work out yearly personnel budget and reports, draft proposal on HR policies and working procedures.
3. To help HR manager to conduct market salary survey and make salary analysis reports.
4. To collect and translate labor law, governmental regulations and policies, update and improve company's policies timely and accordingly.
5. To be in charge of employee work time and attendance management, include but not limited to: Work out attendance management regulations and procedure, generate employee's attendance report, leave report and supervise staff leave application from HR side etc.
6. To prepare HR notice, salary increase and performance appraisal paper works.
7. To support new employee on-boarding process.
8. To handle monthly payroll and employee benefits.
9. Work as a liaison person with relevant employment agencies, to ensure high quality and timely employee service.
10. HR information system and HR database maintenance.
11. To be in charge of employees' health care program and company staff benefits program, inclusive but not limited in employees' annual physical check, medical expenses claim, etc.
12. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or above degree, HR major is preferred
2. 3+ years of related working experiences in multinational companies, including at least 1 year in C&B management area
3. Fluent English in oral and business writing
4. Excellent computer skills including MS office, outlook, working experience with E-HR system will be preferred
5. Team player and willing to support others
6. Result oriented, self-initiated and willing to learn
