职位描述：
1. Purpose of the role

The customer service employee is responsible for continiously providing the customer with an optimal logistics service by carrying out all tasks efficiently and on time.

2. Activities

? Maintain contact with customers on a daily basis.
? Ensure that the customer’s import & export shipments are dealt with correctly;
? Prepare the required transport documents;
? Order & exception management.
? Supply information on time for the benefit of the warehouse planning;
? Enter shipments in the operational systems of Rhenus Contract Logistics;
? Keep the operational systems of Rhenus Contract Logistics and its relations up to date;
? Carry out the necessary correspondence, communication and administration with regard to a specific customer’s inbound and outbound orders;
? Register logistics activities to facilitate the invoicing and reporting process;


3. Job Level
3.1 Level of education
? Professional and intellectual ability above College degree.

3.2 Knowledge and skills
? Knowledge of and experience with warehouse processes;
? Knowledge of logistics (administrative) processes & systems;
? Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft office, specifically Excel;
? Written and spoken command of the Chinese and English language;
? Applied knowledge of transport/expedition and customs matters; 举报 分享
