职位描述: 抗体/蛋白质工程人才

1、精通分子克隆，对高通量克隆有所了解和具体操作经验。

2、有在mammalian 系统表达的经验。熟悉其它表达体系。

3、有良好的生化/生物物理知识，对抗体和蛋白结构有所了结。

4、可以建立必须的分析鉴定来测试工程变异体。

要求：

生物化学，化学, 生物及相关学科的博士， 硕士或学士学位。 最好具有蛋白质/抗体方面的研究经验，对抗体结构有较深的了解。

Multiple Positions Open in Protein/antibody Engineering

Multiple openings are available for molecular and cell biologists in support of therapeutic antibody discovery and development. The responsibilities of the scientists include:

1、Design and construct protein/antibody for mammalian expression

2、Expression of antibodies in 293 and CHO cells.

3、Establish and execute biochemical/functional assays for antibodies and engineered variants.

4、Data analysis utilizing sound knowledge of protein structure and technical know-how.

Requirements

You should have a Ph.D, Master or bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or related disciplines with practical experiences in protein/antibody research and particularly in antibody/protein engineering. Hands-on experience is essential and insights from knowledge of antibody structure is highly valued
