Responsibilities:
1.Reporting to the APAC senior HR manager and dot report to China Leadership Management Team, responsible for the implantation of HR strategy, policy and procedures of the organization.
2.The HRM is expected to implement global HR policies and set and align HR policies in local region, compliant to labor laws. Within the framework of the Global HR strategy, translate these business strategies into HR and people initiatives and objectives for China.
3.Anticipate and meet the HR needs of business leaders to collaborate and devise programme(s) where necessary to meet the needs of either the business or employee base. This will also include HR policies and practices review and implementation.
4.Continue to strengthen China staffing talent or human resources plan in-line with and satisfy the needs of China business development strategy
5.Able to work with HR Leadership Team to reviews, develop, and in some cases create compensation and benefits strategies and programmes to ensure industry competitiveness and sustainability for a high performance culture.
6.Collaborate with upper management and HR team to develop and execute training strategy that supports business needs.
7.Identify and manage company employee related risk. Set up and monitor internal staff management rules and procedures that are compliant with local employment laws to make sure a healthy company and employee relationship.
8.Main point of contact for recruitment & selection standards and processes for the region. Support identification and development of talents through the design of a talent review process. Assist with implementing the current Company Standard talent review process, create resulting succession plans and develop short term and long term plans for talents.

Requirements:
1. Over 10 year working experience in HR domain with minimum five years’ experience as head of HR department for middle sized foreign or joint venture, better work in IT, software, high tech industry. Understanding of international HR philosophy and able to adapt to local practice,
2.Hands on experience for HR management 6 modules
3.Good people management skills. Be capable to provide remote support and manage different sites HR activities
4.Strategic thinking but also can go details, business oriented
5.Strong implementation capacity either working with the team or do it independently. Fast reaction and capable of independently handle critical or urgent issues
6.Familiar with labor related regulation, compliance and law
7.Good sense of cost and risk control, make sure HR activity follow the rules but remain flexible to support business development
8.Good English Skills, English can be working language
