熟悉表面处理技术工艺，正确使用各种相关的喷涂设备。

能够读懂技术部对工件的表面处理技术图纸的要求，进行前处理底漆，面漆的表面处理工作。

负责对需要烘干的工件进行烘干处理，对质检合格的产品，交生产组装配。

负责对受损工件的补漆工作，将所余废料集中放置在指定区域。

每周定期按计划按标准完成喷漆房设备维护清洁工作

正确做好使用设备及工具的日常保养维护，保证工作服整洁，保持工作场地的整洁。

能够按质按量及时地完成组长交给的各项生产任务。

按时按要求正确填写工时表

负责培训及指导本组成员的生产技术、工具和机器设备使用。

严格遵守公司颁布的规章制度及《员工手册》并负责下属的执行。

负责本组的安全生产工作，对本组出现的工伤和机器损坏按要求及

时做好登记和上报工作。

完成该岗位有关的其他相关工作任务及上级安排的其他临时性工作。

Be proficient in surface treatment technology and use all painting tools and equipments properly
Conduct proper surface treatment work (primer, topcoat) according to the drawings and the requirements of the group leader
Conduct drying of the parts and pass the qualified parts to assembly group.
Conduct paint repair to the impaired parts and put the scraps in designated area
Conduct cleaning work of the painting room regularly every week
Implement proper daily maintenance of the tools and equipments; keep the work wear and workplace clean
Ensure that the assigned tasks will be completed timely based on company policy, quality standard and annual cost target.
Fill in the time sheet properly on time as required.
Comply strictly with the rules and regulations of the company as well as the employee handbook
Cooperate closely with all departments to achieve the company target.
