Product Manager – Commercial Flooring
世界500强美国建材行业垄断企业,业务扩张,希望寻求英语流利,NPD经验的丰富的市场方面的人才
Job Output:
n Define, develop and successfully launch of new product.
n Manage the product line and ensure the product line profitability
n Provide support to the sales team on training and winning project
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
n Involve in market research, understanding customer needs and competition for new product initiative.
n According to market needs to define a new product spec.
n Together with project manager to ensure the NPD on target on cost
n To define, present and demonstrate the product USP to internal and external customers
n Together with Marketing Communication team to promote new product to the market
n Current product line management and responsible for the profitability of product line
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to Strategic Marketing Mgr, AFP
Key Customers and Suppliers:
Internal
Sales team
Marketing communication team
NPD
Plant
External
OEM supplier
Customers
Measures of Effectiveness:
n Accomplish new product launch and sales target
n Accomplish the margin target of product line.
Education & Work Experience:
n University qualification, preferable in marketing or engineering.
n Successful traits: flexible, open-minded, passion
n With more than 5 years experience in construction material industrial.
n Experience on product management will be a MUST
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
n Good planning and time management skill
n A good analyst
n Good communication skill
n Good market sense
n Team worker
n Passion about product and proactive
