BASIC FUCTIONS
The specialist is responsible for assisting team members of marketing for daily operation, as well as, Budget recording, reports management, materials warehouse management
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
n Assist marketing manager and in all function of marketing team to implement marketing strategies across the company.
n 协助和支持市场部经理及其它团队成员,执行市场策略和开展其它市场活动;
n Be responsible for providing marketing materials, technology support and logistics coordination for marketing& sales team
n 负责为销售和市场团队提供基本的市场物料和礼品;技术支持;以及物流协调.
n Paper work on the marketing data,proposal,contract,report and so on
n 负责处理市场数据,合同,报告等
n Confirm and make a record of annual marketing expenses
n 负责确认和记录市场费用使用,处理报销
n Responsible for contacting HG Headquarter in Germany; Process RO & Dealer request
n 负责联系协同德国总部;处理办事处和经销商的要求
n Manage Marketing materials & gifts warehouse and releases stock list on time
n 管理各地市场宣传物资库存及在店面发放情况
n Preparation of branding and marketing materials for business clients and internal clients.
n 为内部和外部顾客准备品牌和市场资料;
n Manage Gifts & basic materials souring and puchasing
n 协助跟进品牌推广相关物料,如礼品、包装等;
n Collect marketing data, analyze, make reports according to the requirement of marketing managers
根据市场部经理要求进行市场数据的收集，数据分析，整理绘制成报告。
Requirements on knowledge & skills
Knowledge:
n College degree or above.
n Good English skills both oral and written
n Be familiar with AutoCAD/Photoshop/MS Office
Skills:
n Impressive communication and negotiation skill
n Willingness to learn and potential of development
n Strong sense of ownership and initiative
n Team spirit
n Creative, Self-motivated
n Well-organized, attentive to details
