Custom Specialist（报关员）IE部门

Primary Responsibilities:

-Timely import document preparation for P&E and MRO

-HS code classification of P&E and MRO correctly

-Apply for customs free tax booklet

-Closely follow up customs clearance process for P&E and MRO

-Customs/CIQ inspection closely follow up

-Customs released quota management

-P&E and MRO import document filing timely

-Deliver internal training of customs knowledge for production / engineering / procurement team

-Smooth communication with customs/CIQ officer for normal and special case handling

-P&E and MRO billing statement checking

-Customs new handbook system launch preparation jobs

-Timely entry inbound and outbound transition in customs new system

Qualifications Required:

-Unyielding integrity and reliable

-Good English communication skills in both written and spoken

-Literacy in computer is essential

-More than 2 years working experience in customs/CIQ inspection

-Independence working capability

-Demonstrated interpersonal skills especially when working with internal and external customers

Desired:

-Customs BGY license

-CIQ license

-Flexibility and adaptability

-A good team player
