Role Synopsis:

the position holder will be responsible for financial analysis and performance management reporting, planning and budgetary control management in JV company

Key Accountabilities:

--Managing and improving financial budget system. Compiling full financial budget which include sales / production budget, profit / loss budget, tax budget, Capex budget, working capital budget and cash flow budget

--Monitor JV Company financial budget execution. Establish effective budgetary control system.

--Responsible for establishing and improving rolling financial forecast system.

--Coordinate with relevant departments and provide financial support for making management decisions

--Prepare financial management reports for Board of Director and JV Company management.

--Managing financial performance analysis system. Work on other financial continuous improvement projects if with capacity.

--Responsible for meeting shareholders’ requirements on the long term planning activity.

--Work on specific requests such as GFO forecasting, planning and etc.

--Be able to learn and understand JV’s financial and MI system; Understand the risks and complexities of O&D business.

--Be able to understand JV culture and fit with JV’s working environment.

--Be able to learn from the experienced JV COMPANY staff, respect technical expertise meanwhile lead and coach team members using effective leadership Key relationships

Essential Education:

Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or related field. CPA or MBA preferred.

Essential Experience:

Minimum 7 years finance, accounting or other relevant experience with multi-national companies. Minimum 3 year experience with supervisor position.

Experience with financial budget, financial analysis and financial performance.

Understanding manufacturing process and product costing structure. Experience with petrochemical operation will be a plus.

Advanced computer and analytical skills are essential. Experience with SAP application preferred.

Good English in verbal and writing

Strong ability in organization and communication

Self- motivated, open-mind, able to work under pressure
