职位描述：
POSITION: Product Specialist –Distributor Management
Category: Full Time
Location: Shanghai, China


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
— To manage Besins distributors in Taiwan of China, Hong Kong of China and Mongolia
o Coordinate and work with partners in preparing annual marketing plans
o Nurture and manage relationship with partners through regular business review meetings and product training/support
o Ensure monthly performance reports are submitted by distributors covering sales, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory
o Liaise between the company’ and the partners’ regulatory and supply chain team in accomplishing projects to achieve desired results within the budgeted timeframe
o Ensure achievement of topline and bottom line targets through setting commitments and delivering initiatives set forth by mutual agreement of Besins and the partners in driving sales across the region
— Closely work together with the line Manager in implementing the company’s vision and marketing strategies in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mongolia in order to better lead the markets
— Provide ongoing support to the commercial team in China and Global team as required.

4. Integrated project management to bring about desired results pertaining to regulatory, supply chain and business control.
5. Ability to work across the company’s organization and distributors across different countries.


QUALIFICATION:
— Bachelor’s degree, preferably Science background or marketing / business
— 1-3 years substantial work experience in marketing or sales related field. Ideally in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
— Demonstrated strategic marketing skills, ability to identify and deploy powerful insights that can help drive growth in the different markets
— Ability to lead partners, while integrating complex multifunctional efforts across multiple business areas
— Ability to collect and analyze Marketing & Sales data;
— P&L/budget management, project management, presentation and communication skills
— Self-motivated, creative and well organized
— Fluency in both Mandarin and English 举报 分享
