Summary: This job deal with business account related general ledger and sub-ledger, make sure that general ledger in consistent with sub-ledger and breakdown; develop related report to meet with accounting management goal.

Job Responsibilities

· Establish AR and AP account ledger by the category of dealers

·Collect interest subsidy data and Check accrued interest

·Check interest subsidy amount received, and make regular summary sheet accordingly

·Deal with advances received, and make out receipts; Hand in un-received amount summary sheet to Sales Dept. every month

·Maintain the accuracy of advances received account

·Make sure business accounting general ledger in the balance sheet in accordance with sub-ledger or breakdown

·Account monthly finance lease and institution loan transaction

·customize finance report in finance system, and analysis these report

·Base on business nature and procedure design accounting book method and control potential risk.

·Other jobs assigned by leader.

Qualifications

·Bachelor degree in accounting or finance

·Min. 5 years relevant working experience

·Understanding finance, accounting, and control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

·Skillful use of ERP systems and office software

·Good team work spirit and good communications skills

职责描述：

· 建立以供应商为主体的往来帐

·收集贴息数据，核对应计利息

·核对贴息收款金额，根据收款金额维护汇总表

·对已经收到的记入预收款，并开收据，每月把未收到的金额汇总表发给销售

·维护预收款账户准确

·确保资产负债表中与业务相关科目总账与明细的一致及数据准确

·每月融资租赁业务,机构贷款业务核算,入账

·财务系统的客户化报表的开发,以及系统更新

·业务流程的会计处理的设计以及会计风险的控制

·领导交办的其他工作

资质要求：

·会计或财务相关专业本科学历

·五年以上相关工作经验

·了解财务，税务相关法规；熟悉国内会计准则

·熟悉相关财务软件和办公软件使用

·良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力
