主要工作职责:

1 全面掌握公司所有信息系统相关的软硬件架构，分析系统存在的薄弱点和问题，并相应制订系统改进战略和计划.

2 跟踪行业各种先进的系统实践，并相应对公司信息系统战略和计划进行调整。

3 跟踪信息产业各种先进技术和设备，探索在公司内应用的可能性，并相应对公司信息系统战略和计划进行调整.

4 根据公司信息系统战略和计划，对各项目的选型、设计、接口等进行把关，确保战略方向的一致性。

5 负责与股东方的信息科技部门积极沟通战略和计划，确保公司战略符合集团整体战略设计。

职位需求:

1 本科以上学历；

2 10年以上跨国公司IT工作经验，至少6年的管理经验；

3 熟悉信息管理、IT系统和战略计划

4 优秀的沟通、协调和人际交流技巧

5 流利的口头英语和书面英语

6 具有金融相关行业软件开发应用经验或者金融系统经验者优先

Main Job Responsibilities:


1 Fully grasp all company systems’ software structure and hardware structure, analyze the weakness and timely identify issues, and make system improvement strategy & plan accordingly.
2 Understand industry advanced system practice, and adjust company IS strategy & plan accordingly.
3 Track information industry advanced technology and equipments, investigate the opportunity to use them, and adjust company IS strategy & plan accordingly.
4 Ensure the vendor selection of every project, design and interface related items are in line with the company information system strategy and plan.
5 Communicate with shareholder’s IS department about strategy & plan to align with group’s IS strategy.


Requirement:
1 Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT related disciplines
2 Have more than 10 years above IT related working experience, at least six year‘s experience in management position
3 Have Strong Knowledge of information management, IT system and Strategic planning
4 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5 Fluent oral English and written English
6 Previous software program or application experience in finance related industry and/or knowledge of finance system are highly valued
