Job Responsibilities

·Define and improve the policy on company administration management, complete the setup of administration system, as well as set and implement the administration process;

·Organize, define and monitor the job development, planning and budget function of administration department;

·Take responsibility of building lease and fitment issue to ensure the office environment and facility compliant to operational requirements;

·Take responsibility of none-production material purchasing, fix assets management and vendor management;

·Managing the admin team work, totally monitor and check the implementation of daily administration work;

·In charge of the fire protection issue, security issue and regular check to ensure company safety;

·Be responsible on coaching admin team, including work planning, working assignation, and target setting, as well as performance appraisal;

·Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

·Bachelor Degree or above, 8 years relevant working experience, and at least 5 years experience on administration management role;

·Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills;
·Good command of English on reading, writing and listening;

·Good knowledge of MS office.

岗位职责

·建立并健全公司行政管理的规章制度，完成行政体系的搭建及行政管理流程的设定和实施；

·组织制定并监督执行行政部工作发展规划、计划与预算方案；

·负责公司营运场地的租赁装修，保证办公室环境和办公设施满足营运要求。

·负责公司各项行政采购、固定资产管理及供应商管理；

·领导行政团队,全面监控公司日常行政事务的执行；

·领导公司的防火安全、保卫工作并定期组织检查，保证公司安全；

·负责行政团队的人员管理，包括工作计划、工作分配、目标设置和绩效考核;

·完成上级分配的其他任务。

岗位要求

·大学本科以上学历，八年相关工作经验，五年以上行政管理经验；

·出色的沟通能力、组织能力和内外部协调能力；

·英语读写听流利；

·熟练运用计算机办公软件；
