Main Job Responsibilities:

1 Provide exceptional service to customers including effective execution of loan management and disbursement and data input

2 Verify customer’s disbursement materials, ensure the authenticity, completeness of the materials, so as to avoid credit risk

3 Prepare loan agreement to dealers and follows up

4 Develop and updates operation guide and task manual to improve operational efficiency

5 Develop collection plan and potential loss report where credit risk occurs

6 Prepare periodic reports to management and local authorities before deadlines and assist in preparing data, statistics and other information for ad hoc projects as requested from time to time

7 Develop training materials and provides retail finance business training both internally and externally

8 Conduct reconciliation with finance department

9 Maintain and update the information in the system effectively

10 Perform other add hoc work tasks assigned by the superior

11 Customer files collecting and filing, file room management

Job Requirements

·University undergraduate with a major in Finance related field preferred

·General knowledge in Credit, Trade Service and Customer Account

·Good sense of customer service with good presentation skills

·Strong interpersonal skill & communication skills and can work under pressure.

·Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)

·Strong computer literacy

1 贷款维护和发放以及数据录入, 以确保为经销商提供优质的服

2审核客户的放款资料以确保放款材料的真实性、完整性，规避放贷风险

3 准备贷款合同给到经销商并进行有效的跟踪

4 建立和更新操作指引和任务手册以提高工作效率

5 当发现信贷风险时，制定催收和潜在的风险损失报告

6 按时准备定期的月度报告给管理层及监管机构，根据要求提供数据准备、统计和其他信息方面的支持

7 制定培训资料和手册，对内对外提供相关的培训

8 负责与财务部门进行对帐

9 有效地维护和更新系统中的数据

10 执行上司安排的其他工作任务

11客户资料整理归档及资料室管理

任职资质

·大学本科毕业，金融业相关专业优先考虑

·具有信贷、贸易服务和客户服务的知识

·具有客户服务意识，有优秀的表达技巧

·优秀的人际交往能力和沟通技巧，能在压力下工作

·中英文流利（书面和口头）

·优秀的电脑技巧
