主要工作职责：

1.Report to factory manager for productivity level of the factory.
2.Evaluate the performance and make the coaching of direct managed team (Consulting team and IE team).
3.Lead the cross department project of lean manufacturing in the factory.
4.Train and coach all level of employee to lean manufacturing process.
5.Manage the IE team in order to reach the target in term of productivity, lead time and quality.
6.Coordinate and standardize the actions of the consulting team at suppliers place.
7.Evaluate the progress of actions at suppliers place.

职位素质要求：
+ Sport enthusiast
+ Experienced in Garement（woven） industry and lean manufacturing
+ Strong organization and communication skills, problem solving skills. Result oriented
+ Excellent Management skills (Hierarchical and functional management)
+ Fluent English both written and oral (daily contact). French is a plus
