Job Responsibility
岗位职责
1、Product Management
       产品管理
Product change：Evaluate the product change feasibility. (Internal change request & External change request); Implement the product change for each country/region.
产品变更：负责评估产品变更可行性（内部变更需求和外部变更需求）的评估，并对于产品变更进行具体实施
Artwork change：Be responsible for graphic artwork change judgment； Recognize the Artwork change affected by the product change. Only regarding to product change-technical side-only for English version.
文案变更：负责文案类改变评估，识别由于产品变更引发的文案变更（仅限于产品技术变更导致的英文文案部分）
Product Document Management：Be responsible for product documents maintain: SPEC, etc
产品资料管理：负责产品文件维持，包括SPEC等
Cost down project implementation：Implement cost reduction projects on each region's products
降本项目实施：负责在每个区域产品降本项目的实施
2、New product development
新产品研发
MRD understanding & fulfillment：Understand OVERSEAS NEW PRODUCT MRD and ensure the finalproduct meet MRD
新产品需求解读与履行：负责海外新产品需求解读并且确保最终产品满足MRD
Sample management：Verify pre-MP sample and collect the feedback; Manage pre-MP sample for key fair and target market
样品管理：管理MP前样品并且收集样品问题反馈，负责重要展会的产品样品管理及目标市场的大货样品管理
Product Training：Drive product training within organization regularly
产品培训：负责常规的组织产品培训
Product Document Management：Create product document, including SPEC/Price/Product presentation
产品文件制定：负责产品文件制定：SPEC./价格/产品演示
Support for manufacturing: Provide long lead time material preparation support only for 1st order(Only for first batch launching market in launching plan)
支持生产：提供长周期物料的准备支持 (限于首批上市市场的首单)
Support for marketing: Help the product marketing (OUT) to understand the product and deliver sales enablement materials
支持营销：帮助product marketing （OUT）团队理解产品并交付销售赋能材料

Qualification:
有全局的观念、强烈的团队合作意识。
优秀的沟通能力
Minimum Bachelor in machinery related major
Minimum 5 years of product management experience
B2C, computer, home appliance industry is prefer
