职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
? Vigorously implement the company’s business policies and customer service standard flow.
? Responsible for the overall management of the After Service department.
? Work out the annual work plan of the After Service department; make efforts to accomplish the target.
? Responsible for the general handling of customer complaint, mainly responsible for promoting customer service satisfaction level.
? Responsible for the direct management of key customers.
? Responsible for the coordination between the After Service department and other departments such as sales department.
? Responsible for organizing various After Service activities.
? Responsible for mastering the market dynamics in the region and the service measures of the competitors.
? Responsible for planning the training of After Service personnel as a whole.
? Responsible for the configuration of plant maintenance tools and equipment.
? Responsible for the personnel affairs management of After Service personnel; formulate the examination system and keep improvement.
? Responsible for the general 5S management of the After Service department.
? Support for the development and follow up of the domestic sales of Beko branded products in China.

Qualification：
? Bachelor’s degree and above.
? At least 8 years and above experience on aftersales role.
? Fluent English is a must.
? Good leadership skill and coordination skill.
? Home appliance industry is a plus. 举报 分享
