Major Responsibilities

- Support Sales team in daily sales administration functions
- Provide quality service to key account customers including daily trace and track report maintain
- Handle local and overseas customers/ agents enquires including phone call and e-mails
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations
- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the Management of the company or other sources;
- Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness.

Key Qualifications

- College Degree or above
- More than 5 years experience in international freight forwarder
- Knowledgeable of operation process of air freight and sea freight
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Good PC skills in MS office
- Immediate available is preferred
