Key Responsibilities

?Assist IP team on internet enforcement programs, including monitor internet infringers/suspicious websites, helping on websites/listings taken down.
?Assist Brand Protection Manager on verification documents, communicating with enforcement authorities on verification process and preparing/sending/filing verification documents.
?Help on raid action cases, market visit, assist authorities on checking target status and raid process and after raid following-up
?Assist on preparing civil actions, including prepare legal documents, collecting/maintain relevant evidence.
?Help on filing management, including maintaining, updating and developing IP re
?Help on daily administration matters, including documents copy/scan, sample collection/checking.
?Help on other anti-counterfeiting matters
