Job Purpose/
Summary
In 2009, MCC has emerged as a dedicated organization taking care of
APMM’s Intra-Asia business as a strategic initiative in the Group. South
China Customer Service team will provide dedicated and second-to-none
service to the customers using our IAS services in terms of professional
inquiry handling for the entire South China Region and Hong Kong.
Key
Responsibilities

responsibilities
? Provide feedback to customers or counter partner timely if unable
to solve their problems on the spot.
? Understand booking CSOP and requirement.
? Follow strictly the booking guideline from Trade and Marketing.
? Ensure the operational deadlines are strictly adhered to.
? Maintain the booking quality at any time.
? Ensure the booking turn time meet the target and exceed
customer’s expectation.
? Attend all pending tasks in GCSS/MDWS timely.
? Ensure prompt actions/response to exceptional and urgent cases.
? Ensure product changes are timely communicated to Touch team
and customers.
? Support sales and Touch team on E-Commerce promotion.
? Ensure the freight is collected in line, monitor outstanding
performance.
? Timely monitor longstanding performance.
? Be responsible for customer satisfaction, own and manage
customer facing activities.
? Ensure smooth execution of the whole shipment life cycle, by
taking ownership and working closely with customers/internal
support groups through pro-active notification and resolution
handling.
? Ensure consistent service level delivery when in backup scenario.
? Proactively raise improvement areas and participate in
improvement action.
? Report to work punctual without unjustified absence or lateness.
