-处理客户电话回访工作；
-处理、录入公司各活动数据；
-处理电子刊物制作；
-协助举办各项客服活动；
-协助市场推广部处理相关业务。
岗位要求：
-大专学历以上应届在校生，金融、经济学相关专业；
-嗓音甜美、普通话标准流利；
-细心、有耐心、诚实、有良好的职业操守；
-具有良好沟通能力、客户服务意识及较强的协作精神；
-学习能力强，适应能力；
-熟练掌握电脑操作（Word、Excel、FrontPage等办公软件）；
-有一定金融证券业知识，有金融行业客服相关实习经验者为佳；
-每周可保证实习至少3天；
-如实习表现优秀者，可毕业后留用为正式员工。
