职位描述：
OVERALL OPJECTIVES
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of R&D projects;
- Accountable for the successful completion of R&D projects.

TASKS
- Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate the technical and management aspects of R&D projects;
- Lead the virtual and cross-functional project team to ensure project deliverables achieved in high quality and good time manner.
- Coordinate with stakeholders of various functions in project scope, and report in project steering meetings.
- Project budget monitoring and trend tracking.
- Organize technology support to other company’s daily business.
- Participate technology know-how build-up and R&D team competence construction.
- Assist R&D team’s daily operation management.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Masters in concurrent engineering mode on R&D projects.
- Knowledge about mechanical-electrical equipments with certain complexity.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and international networking and communication capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Solid mechanical knowledge, and electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Fluent Pro/E and AutoCAD user, and also familiar with other usual office software.

EXPERIENCE
- >8 years of traceable and successful project management experience in industrial branch.
- >5 years of working in international company / design institute.

EDUCATION
- Degree: Bachelor or above.
- Preferred major: Mechanical, Automation, Engineering Management, or combination.
