职位描述：
岗位职责：
1）物业开票及收费台帐及时输入和更新。
2）整理各类财务资料、按时归档，填制各类收入记帐凭证与公司财务结账。
3）编制资金日报表，上报银行帐户资金余额。严格管理备用金的使用情况，把控备用金归还的时间节点。
4）对各项报销单据进行整理、审核，做好与地产往来款项的结算工作。
5）银行账户管理，按规定与银行办理各项结算。

任职要求：
1）大专以上学历，财务类专业优先。
2）1-2年工作经验。
3）取得会计从业资格证。
4）能够承受较强的工作压力，思路缜密，具有较强的责任心，能够熟练的使用电脑办公软件以及相关财务软件。 举报 分享
