1,Order process:
-Communicate with sales & customers for order enquiries, cooperate with plants for customer request, production & schedule;
-Dual order entry in MFG/Pro and Oracle system, Order entry in Oracle system, available to handle system details independently;
-Necessary order process control, work with PM, Finance or other departments if necessary.
2,Delivery process
-Communicate with sales, customers & credit manager for credit release and statement details;
-Facilitate with operation, warehouse & logistics departments for shipments;
-Trade compliance control. Work with inspection company for inspection if there is any necessary;
-Shipping documents preparation & communication (Invoice, packing slip, B/L etc).
3,After-sales service:
-Customer claim(such as shortage, damage) tracking & replacement.
4,Cross departments communication & support:
-Record order and sales details weekly & monthly;
-Finish goods tracking & communication;
-Customer visit reception & communication.
5, Other tasks assigned by supervisor.



1, College degree or above with commercial knowledge;
2, Possess customer service or sales related experience for about 2 years, flexible to solve urgent cases, good command of cross-functional communication and cooperation;
3, Good communication both in Chinese and English;
4, Be familiar with Oracle system and Office software;
5, Initiative, earnest and team work spirit & attitude.
