职位描述：

OBJECTIVES

• Warehouse Management
  To assist warehouse manager oversee the day to day operations within the warehouse
• Productivity Management
  The tracking and management of productivity targets for all warehouse processes
• Lean Development and Continuous Improvement as company standard
• Warehouse Financial Management and Reporting
  Working with Contract Logistics Manager to achieve year on year efficiencies and cost reductions within thewarehouse and ensuring cost reduction targets are achieved in addition to creating an environment of ongoing cost reduction opportunities.
• Financial monthly closing in FSL system.
• People Management
  To oversee a team of approximately 15 people via a hands on approach to Warehouse Management. The results of this will be a motivated and engaged team delivering leading levels of productivity, 5S and location management.
• Ensure implementation of company and QSHE standards
  

REQUIREMENTS

• College Above
• 4 years of Relevant working experience in 3PL,at least 2 year in a supervisory role
• Rich warehouse operation knowledge
• Familiar with computer application software(Word/Excel/PPT)
• People Management Skill
• Effective verbal & written English and interpersonal communications skill
