Objectives of the Position
? Standardization of equipment and working process in pilot plant
中试工厂设备及流程优化
? New product trial and process standardization in pilot plant
中试工厂新产品试作工艺参数标准化
Main Tasks
? Responsible for daily check and online maintenance of pilot plant equipment to ensure the smoothly running of pilot plant 中试工厂设备日常维修及点检，确保设备的正常运行及效能的提高
? Communicate with related PO to ensure correct product technical requirement and production 和相关PO沟通试生产产品的技术要求，确保试生产产品的顺利进行
? Standardization management of materials in pilot plant中试车间物料标准化管理
? To maintain and standardize the process of product order in pilot plant 中试车间产品订单生产工艺标准化维护
? Support the batch production of pilot plant中试车间订单生产协助
? Production data analysis and drive optimization project 通过生产数据分析推动改善项目
? Other task assigned by department head 部门负责人安排的其他工作任务

? Working Experience: Have some working experience, technical related background is preferred
? Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Be familiar with office software
Have the awareness of equipment operation
