As a specialist in the field of injection molding simulation you analyse product designs and tooling concepts in every stage of development. These analyses help to establish a high quality standard of Hella and there products.

Build-up of FEM models for use in injection molding simulation

Optimisation of products and tools due to simulation results

Presentation and discussion of simulation results including optimisation potentials in development teams

Documentation of injection molding simulation results

Comparison of analysis results to reality

Bachelor/Master of mechanical engineering (esp. plastic engineering), computer science or comparable degree

At least two years of experience

Experience on plastic engineering or plastic injection moulding

Affinity to CAD programs, especially injection molding simulation (Moldflow, CADMould, Mouldex3D) simulation

Good communication and moderation skills

Good written and oral English language skills

Affinity to international cooperation

Travelling requested within the Hella group
