Channel Management Manager
工作职责 Responsibilities:
1.理解并接受企业文化和管理体制和运行规则的相关销售业务的所有功能。
Understand and accept Company Culture and rules of Management and Operation for all function related to Sales operations.
2.管理现有的渠道合作伙伴关系,与根据设定的目标销售量和销售额的领导团队一起。开发和拓展渠道和评估,并在非涉及的领域找到新的授权分销商。
Manage existing channel partner relationships in conjunction with the sales and sales leadership teams according to the set goals. Develop and expand channels and evaluate and find new authorized distributors in Non Covered areas.
3.负责不断完善和优化配送管理政策主要包括选择标准,合同,协议,营业额目标,市场营销,客户,领土的定义,相互义务等给予公司的长期战略目标。
Responsible to continuously improve & optimize the distribution management policy include selection criterion, contracts, agreements, turnover objectives, marketing, customers, territories definition, mutual obligation, etc. to grant long term strategic goals of the company.
4.防止和解决渠道冲突。打开信道冲突,竞争机制,更高效的性能。
Prevent and solve channel conflicts. Turn channel conflicts and competition to mechanism for more productive performance.
5.通过有效的支持和激励策略使渠道合作伙伴盈利最大化。
Maximize profitability through effective support and motivation tactics to channel partner.
6.指导队伍优化与业务发展趋势,品牌和销售策略对齐渠道策略,并为团队明确的优先事项跨渠道。
Coach team to optimize channel strategies aligned with business developing trend, brand, and sales strategies, and set clear priorities for team across channels.
7.建立和优化控制工具,以确保正确执行政策和工具,有效的跟进,授权分销商和销售团队。
Set up and optimize controlling tools to ensure proper implementation of policy and tools for efficient follow up with Authorized distributors and sales team.

要求 Requirements:
1.本科以上学历。
Above bachelor degree.
2.至少工作10年经验在相关行业领域。至少5年的销售渠道管理和销售项目管理经验的销售和市场营销。
Min. 10 years working experienced in sales or marketing in the related industry fields.At least 5 years sales channel management and sales project management experience.
3.良好的Excel和其他Office应用程序很好的命令;在写作和口语很好的命令。
Excellent in Excel and good command in other Office applications; Very good command in writing and oral English.
4.深度销售渠道的建立和销售的发展能力;谈判技巧;市场分析能力;客户知识;建立关系与客户;勘探和网络。
