经销商管理经理
Dealer Management Manager

工作职责 Responsibilities:

1. 支持各部门，并领先：为经销商质量设置测量方法，KPI和报告模板，根据经销商的能力水平;经销商开展质量调查，分析和改进，包括经销商的标准审查和审核，客户满意度（CVS/ CEM/国家协调机构/ JDP/神秘购物（MS））的协调，分析和改进;其他交易商质量测量和改进活动
Supporting to department in and taking lead in:Setting up measurement methods, KPIs and report templates for dealer quality according to dealer competence level.Conducting dealer quality survey, analysis and improvement including dealer standard review and auditing, customer satisfaction (CVS/CEM/NCBS/JDP/ Mystery Shopping (MS)) coordination, analysis and improvement.Other dealer quality measurement and improvement activities.

2. 制定***零售实践基准。发展商质量改进的理念和方案，包括VRW转出，经销商现场指导方针和工作工具;与其他功能和供应商合作，以激励和推动经销商的管理团队，以实现关键绩效指标，并通过现场的教练和顾问，提供或管理经销商，以提高经销商运营质量。
Bench marking and developing best retailing practices.Developing dealer quality improvement concept and programs including VRW roll-out, dealer on-site coaching approach and working tools.Working with other functions and suppliers to motivate and push dealer management team to fulfill the KPIs and to improve dealers operational quality through providing or managing dealers on-site coach and consultancy.

4.关键绩效评估：资质：及时与经销商质量改进和实施，如VRW经销商转出和客户满意度的后续行动和改进质量。准确性，完整性和经销商质量调查/分析的及时性和KPI报表，例如团队进行评分，CEM/国家协调机构/ CVS/ MS和标准审核评分。
Key Performance Measurement:Qualification:Timeliness and quality of dealer quality improvement and implementation, such as VRW dealer roll-out and customer satisfaction follow-up and improvement.Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of dealer quality survey/analysis and KPIs reports such as team TO rate, CEM/NCBS/CVS/MS and Standard audit score

要求 Requirements:

1.8 - 10年以上相关行业工作经验
Above 5-7 years working experience in related industry;

2.学士学位以上
Above Bachelor degree

3.熟悉卫浴产品和经销商管理
Familiar with sanitary product and dealer management

4.3年以上团队管理经验
