职位描述：
工作职责 Job Responsibilities
1) 根据公司的经营目标和战略，制订公司的人力资源规划及部门管理规划。
Work on HR development strategy based on the company's business target;
2) 组织架构、部门职能及岗位职责的优化与发展管理。
Optimize the organization structure, department functions and development;
3) 建立系统的人力资源管理制度。
Set up systematice HR management system;
4) 不断优化招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及劳动关系管理流程。
Optimize procedures for recruitment, training, performance, C&B and labor relationsip;
5) 人力成本预算及控制。
Human resources cost budgeting and control;
6) 向各部门提供与业务目标配套的人力资源服务方案。
Provide customized HR services plan for various departments;
7) 部门内部人员的培养及日常业务管理。
Manage employees development and daily business;
8) 上司临时交办的事务。
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.


要求 Requirements
1) 人力资源管理专业知识，熟练掌握人力资源六大模块的运作流程；
Familiar with all six HR functions;
2) 劳动法律知识，熟悉国家和广东省地方的劳动法律规范；
Familiar with labor law and other labor regulations in China and Gudong Province;
3) 财务知识，了解一定的成本管理及人力成本预算；
Master cost managment, human resources budgeting skills and other financial knowledge;
4) 熟悉办公室软件的操作；
Proficient with office softwares;
5）五年以上同岗位工作经验
5+ years relevant work experience
6）大专或以上学历，人力资源专业优先
College or above degree, HR major preferred
7）持人力资源管理师资格证书优先
