职位描述：
工作职责 Key Responsibilities

？ 负责大客户的维护，确保完成销售指标
？ Implement the company’s sales plans and maintain key accounts;
？ 与分销商销售团队合作，建立强大有效的分销网络
？ Cooperate with the distributors’ sales team to build a strong and effective distribution network;
？ 管理代理商销售流程，施行具体的销售计划和促销活动
？ Focus on sell-through process and implement the specific sales plans and promotion activities;
？ 跟踪渠道开发计划，包括成立新的专卖店、管理合作商网络等
？ Follow up the channel development plans, such as opening new exclusive stores, managing the Painters’ network…

任职要求 Key Requirements

？ 三年以上涂料、建材、装饰材料或快消行业销售经验
？ At least three years or above sales experiences in coating, building and decorative materials and FMCG industries;
？ 大专以上学历
？ College degree or above;
？ 优秀的销售管理经验，熟悉代理商流程
？ Must have strong abilities of sales management, be familiar with the whole sell-through process;
？ 思维活跃、工作积极
？ Be active, ambitious and motivated;
？ 以结果和市场为导向
