Job Title: SCM&QA Assistant
Location: Shanghai
Reports to (Job Title): SCM&QA head
Job Purpose (State in a nutshell the overall objective of the role)
Best business support to department routine administration and supply chain / QA activity
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
? Office Admin Support: provide daily office administrative management in terms of office management and external communications, settle related logistic and administrative arrangement
? Coordinate meetings/Telecons, track progress on actions and provide logistic support for both internal and external meetings upon request
? Keep an order filing for supply chain / QA so that all key documentations are well kept and easily identified
? SOP management
? Artwork preparation and communication
? Supply chain database maintain and reports preparation
? Stay close and provide assistance to projects require involvement in supply chain / QA and hold people accountable for delivery of actions
? This position will require strong teamwork and close coordination within own dept and other department assistants and provide internal support to different functions to ensure smooth operation within the region and cross function
? Be familiar with and effectively implement company operation policies and procedures
? Provide update relevant information
Assist team in controlling budget
Key Performance Indicators / Measures of success

? Work independence and proactively to meet deadlines of tasks assigned
? Good co-ordination of task and communication with others

Background (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)
Education : ? University degree, good PC knowledge and biz sense
Experience: ? 2 years relevant working experience in multi-national Pharmaceutical company
Languages: ? Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
