1、协助总经理建立公司销售战略
2、制订并组织实施完整的销售方案
3、全面负责公司的市场拓展业务，参与公司战略发展问题的重大决策
4、组织部门开发多种销售手段，完成销售计划及回款任务
5、应到和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度
6、负责对下属工作指导，并进行绩效考核
7、负责对新上岗销售专管业务培训
8、根据市场信息制订开发计划
9、执行被批准的或上级下达的开发计划，定期做出开发报告
10、了解行业动态及竞争对手的发展变化，不断改善销售策略，成为具竞争力的供应商
11、走访客户，展示公司形象和能力，拉近与客户距离
12、负责客户反馈的内部传递
13、跟踪问题的解决过程
14、客户反馈处理评价
15、在销售方面的事宜，与客户的采购部发生关系
16、在质量方面的事宜，与客户的质量部发生关系
17、在公司货款回收方面，与客户财务部发生关系
18、在产品出口方面，与海关、货代、船代发生关系
岗位要求：
1、教育：管理、市场营销等专业，本科以上学历
2、6年以上销售、市场营销管理工作经验
3、培训：战略管理、战略市场营销、管理技能开发、组织变革管理、合同法、财务管理等方面的培训
4、技能、能力：
（1）熟悉现代管理模式，熟练运用各种激励措施
（2）有丰富的市场营销策划经验，能够识别、确定潜在的商业伙伴，熟悉行业市场发展现状
（3）具有优秀的营销技巧，较强的市场运作能力和策划能力
