岗位职责：
1、负责电子商务销售策略、渠道、绩效目标计划的制定，并完成公司销售目标；
2、渠道分析：描述渠道情况，渠道特点，渠道策略；
3、向总经理及内部相关团队介绍市场的趋势、市场的特点，通过各种方式来激发出公司管理层对营；
4、组织营销方案的实施，控制营销进程，把握营销的结果；
5、电子商务营销团队组织。

任职要求：
1、电子商务、市场营销或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、五年以上电子商务团队管理经验，熟悉B2B、B2C及互联网行业各种形态的运营模式，有成功的电子商务网站运营经历（必备）；
3、具有优秀的文字功底和页面规划能力；对于网站设计有独到见解，熟悉photoshop、Flash、Dreamweaver等软件；
4、精通互联网市场营销计划的制订及执行，具有丰富的市场推广经验，熟练运用各种推广策略，有成功的市场推广案例；
5、具备良好的团队合作精神和丰富的团队建设经验，能在较大的压力下实现市场运营目标；
6、具备良好的沟通表达能力、谈判能力，具有丰富的业界人际资源。 举报 分享
